Director and Staff

Meet our Director of Bands, Lee Collins, and his talented staff.

The Band Boosters, as the support group for the SHS Band program, must plan carefully in order to provide the funding necessary in addition to the funds provided by the Bulloch County School System. We strive to provide and estimated budget that will allow us to enhance the students’ experiences in the Band program.

Each Spring, the Band Director provides the plans for the upcoming year to the Booster Membership and potential rising band students and their parents. This becomes our blueprint the for the upcoming year

Our Fundraising plan for the upcoming year is vital to the projected budget for the upcoming year. Many of our events are tried and true. Others are new ventures. Boosters are not required to participate in all of the fundraising events. However, participation is encouraged in as many as possible.
